At VeggieBasket, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality groceries to your doorstep. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and this policy explains your rights and our process for refunds and cancellations.

VeggieBasket acts as a platform connecting customers with local grocery stores. Orders are fulfilled by local store partners who prepare and deliver your items. Our refund and cancellation policy applies to all orders placed through the VeggieBasket mobile application.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Note: Since VeggieBasket currently operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) only, no payment is charged at the time of ordering. Cancellation does not involve any financial transaction.

Since VeggieBasket currently supports only Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, no online payment is collected from customers. Refunds in this context mean:

If online payment methods are introduced in the future, online refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days to the original payment method.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contactveggiebasket@gmail.com. We will investigate with the assigned store and provide an update within 4 hours.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an address issue or because no one was available to receive the order, we will contact you on the mobile number provided during checkout.

7. Service Availability

VeggieBasket is available for orders between 7:00 AM and 11:30 PM daily. Orders placed or attempted outside these hours will not be processed. No charges are applied during unavailable hours.

Service is currently available only in PIN codes where a registered VeggieBasket store partner is present. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified before placing an order.

8. Promotions, Coupons, and Referral Credits

Promotional coupons (such as VEGGIE100) and referral credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. They can only be applied against eligible orders as per the terms of each promotion.

If an order is cancelled after a coupon or referral credit is applied, the discount will be restored to your account for future use.

9. Changes to This Policy

VeggieBasket reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
